Where is my order confirmation email?
We will send you a emails after you place your order.
If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please make sure to check your Spam Folder first.
If you used your Phone Number instead of email at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

How long before my order ships?
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.

Taxes and Duties:

Important: STORE NAME cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
Can I change my address?
In case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships.
In some cases, minimal address changes can be applied after the order ships.
Make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address.
